- Warranty Exclusions
- Any YDT GROUPS, RYSWARE, or RNS hardware product or service that falls outside the specified warranty terms will not be eligible for warranty claims.
- Customers cannot claim warranty or guarantee if any amount for the product or services remains unpaid.
- If a customer fails to make a payment within the stipulated time frame provided by the company or makes the payment after the due date, they will be liable to pay a penalty of 24% per day on the outstanding amount.
- If a customer has any outstanding payments and fails to clear them, they will be permanently blacklisted from YDT GROUPS, RYSWARE, and RNS, and all their warranty or guarantee claims will become void, even if they have purchased premium-category products.
- AWR Series Warranty Conditions :
- Under the AWR Series, the company provides advance replacement wherein a new product is delivered first with courier charges borne by the customer, subject to return of the defective product within the specified time.
- Once the new product is received, the customer must return the old product to the company within 7 days.
- The customer must inform the company within the stipulated time that they are ready to return the old product.
- If the customer fails to return the old product within 7 days or sends a wrong/damaged product, they will be permanently blacklisted, and all their existing and future product warranties will be void.
- This warranty lapse will not be limited to the specific product but will apply to all products purchased for a lifetime.
- Warranty Void Conditions
- If a customer sends a wrong or incorrect product while claiming a replacement, they will be permanently blacklisted, and all warranties will be terminated.
- If the payment schedule is not followed, even a delay of one day will be considered a violation and treated as a scam, leading to cancellation of all warranties and permanent blacklisting.
- If a customer is unable to make a payment on time due to a special condition, they must obtain written authorization from YDT GROUPS, RYSWARE, or RNS beforehand and ensure payment within the approved time frame.
- Additional Warranty Void Conditions
- Any third-party intervention, repair, or service performed on the product will result in the immediate voiding of the warranty.
- If any chemical, abrasive, or unauthorized substance is used on the product, the warranty will be void.
- Any physical damage, accidental damage, mishandling, or improper installation by the customer or a third party will result in the warranty being void.
- If the product is used in an environment with excessive moisture, chemicals, or harsh conditions not recommended by YDT GROUPS, RYSWARE, or RNS, the warranty will be void.
- Any modifications, alterations, or changes made to the product without prior approval from YDT GROUPS, RYSWARE, or RNS will void the warranty.
- If the product’s serial number, warranty sticker, or any identification mark is removed, altered, or tampered with, the warranty will be void.
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
